We prepare dietary-focused meals at our food court location in Gatineau. Real food, proper portions, made fresh throughout the week.

Why We Started This

Back in early 2024, I watched too many people struggle with meal planning. They wanted healthier options but didn't have time to cook properly during the week.

So we set up at Les Galeries de Hull and started making balanced meals people could grab and go. Nothing fancy – just well-portioned dishes with clear nutritional info.

Our approach is straightforward. We prep meals based on common dietary needs: lower carb, higher protein, vegetarian options. You pick what fits your goals, and we handle the cooking.

What We Actually Prepare

We focus on three main meal categories based on what customers ask for most. Everything's made in our food court kitchen.

Balanced Plates

Protein, vegetables, and a carb portion. These are our most popular meals – good for anyone watching their overall intake without specific restrictions.

Low-Carb Options

Higher protein meals with extra vegetables instead of rice or pasta. We prepare these fresh each morning for people managing their carbohydrate intake.

Plant-Based Meals

Vegetarian dishes using legumes, tofu, and seasonal vegetables. We keep these interesting with different flavor profiles each week.

How We Prep Your Meals

Morning Prep

We start at 6 AM, prepping proteins and washing vegetables. Everything gets portioned before cooking to keep serving sizes consistent.

Cooking Batches

Meals are cooked in small batches throughout the day. This way, when you pick up at 1 PM, your food was likely finished that morning.

Packaging & Labels

Each container gets labeled with ingredients, calories, and macros. We also date everything so you know exactly when it was made.
