Why We Started This
Back in early 2024, I watched too many people struggle with meal planning. They wanted healthier options but didn't have time to cook properly during the week.
So we set up at Les Galeries de Hull and started making balanced meals people could grab and go. Nothing fancy – just well-portioned dishes with clear nutritional info.
Our approach is straightforward. We prep meals based on common dietary needs: lower carb, higher protein, vegetarian options. You pick what fits your goals, and we handle the cooking.
