We're located on the first level of the food court at Les Galeries de Hull, making it easy to stop by during your shopping or lunch break. The space is designed to feel approachable – not intimidating like some nutrition-focused places can be.
Parking is straightforward, and you can find us near the main food court entrance. Most people who visit say they appreciate being able to see our meal prep process and chat with us face-to-face before committing to anything.
Open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Sundays we're here from 11 AM to 5 PM. If you want to ensure someone's available for a longer conversation, calling ahead helps – though walk-ins are always welcome.
